A sports event, the "Friendship" marathon, was organized by the united trade union committee of the plant for the children of the plant's employees, dedicated to International Children's Day on June 1.
A professional skill competition, "Best Young Lab Assistant," was held among employees of the Central Laboratory of Uzmetkombinat JSC, under the age of 35, who graduated in "Laboratory Studies."
As part of the youth month "June 30 – Youth Day," a cycling marathon was held at Uzmetkombinat JSC with the participation of employees under 30 years of age.
On the occasion of "June 30 – Youth Day," the plant hosted the "Best Chef" competition with the participation of employees under 30 years of age.
As part of the youth month dedicated to "June 30 – Youth Day," a youth innovation conference was held at the Metallurgists' Palace of Culture.
A delegation of representatives from Uzmetkombinat JSC visited Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University for internships and final project defense at the MBA "General Management" professional retraining courses.
In celebration of the 80th anniversary of Uzmetkombinat JSC, winners and prizewinners of a competition for the best articles, poetry, videos, and photographs on the theme "The Brightest Memory of the Plant" were recognized and awarded.
